In the preschool, we educate children from 2 - 5 years old, through interaction and play in a foreign language learning environment, where English language is taught as a first language. The implemented curricula are The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Cambridge Primary, and learning content consistent with the Bulgarian standards of education.
A paramount focus of the programme is through different play situations to equip the children with independence, self-expression, fine motor skills, listening comprehension skills as well as building a foundation for acquiring academic knowledge.
Our children are taught, amongst others, English language, Bulgarian language, mathematics, the environment, arts and music, physical education, design, and technology on a daily basis. So, they have the chance to explore different fields of real life as well as to build an understanding about the surrounding environment. Through education, founded on organization values and the principles of nature-based holistic education, children grow up confident and happy immersing into the seven areas of learning and development of the Early Years programme: personal, social and emotional development, communication and language, mathematics, understanding the world, physical development, expressive arts and design and literacy. The children have mandatory swimming classes included in the curriculum, which take place in the campus swimming pool, specially designed for the needs of the children in the preschool. A team of professional coaches and lifeguards teach the lessons.
We put the foundations for a lifelong love of books by building reading habits.
Optionally, within the school day, children can enroll additionally in activities such as yoga, karate, swimming, gymnastics, dances, and other co-curricular clubs and activities.
