Exclusive Scholarship Programme for Grade 8 Admission

St. George International School and Preschool is pleased to offer the opportunity to grant one full (covering 100% of the annual tuition fee) and one partial (covering 50% of the annual tuition fee) scholarships to students who have shown excellence in the fields of mathematics and sciences and are about to be enrolled in the Grade 8 grade for the academic year 2024-2025. The scholarships are available solely for newly enrolled students and cover the educational stage from Grades 8 to 12 grade.

We are seeking students who can meet the academic requirements of the school, demonstrate conscientious and engaged behavior, possess imagination and inventiveness, have high aspirations for their education, and are ready to achieve them.

Our experienced teachers will assist students in successfully completing the prestigious internationally recognized program to obtain International General Certificate for Secondary Education (IGCSE), As Level, and A Level certificates, as well as a Bulgarian diploma, build a competitive portfolio, gain invaluable practical experience, and be admitted to the best universities worldwide.

Requirements for participation in the programme:
If you identify yourself as a suitable candidate, by May 25, 2024 it is necessary to:
• Submit an Application form
• Send via email to admission@stgeorgeschool.eu : academic transcripts with midterm and annual grades /extracts from school platforms/ for Grades 5, 6, and first semester of Grade 7, as well as any certificates from your participation and/or achievements in various projects, initiatives, or competitions.

*Preference will be given to candidates who have achieved prize-winning positions in national and international Olympiads and competitions in the fields of mathematics and natural sciences.

After a preliminary selection based on the submitted documents, approved candidates will be invited to take an exam on June 05, 2024, which includes tests in mathematics, English language, science, and an essay. Those who perform best will be additionally invited to an interview.

Candidates who will be awarded the scholarship are expected to have English language proficiency at level B2 before the start of the academic year. The school may provide assistance in reaching the required level by organizing an additional language course during the summer.
