Mental Health Week at
St. George International School
14-18 October 2019
To be committed and victorious is a continuous goal of ours. It goes hand in hand with harmony, moderation and just loosening the grip on the daily school grind – feel true internal calmness. In honor of the World Mental Health Day, all of last week was dedicated to mental health and mindfulness at school. Every day, students were free to join two or more activities such as art therapy, dancing, yoga, bullet journaling and self-esteem drop in sessions. A gratitude wall was also displayed on Floor 3, where children could leave a note saying what they are most grateful for. Sticky notes have never been more powerful with only few words!
