- Registration and payment for St. George Summer Camp 2024 are done solely electronically through the interface of the module by the parent/guardian who bears parental responsibility for the child.
- Payment made through any other method is not allowed. Amounts paid through other means will be refunded within 10 working days to a bank account, and the corresponding service will not be provided to the child.
- Payment by the parent/guardian does not guarantee or reserve a place for the child.
- After submitting the application and making payment for the desired weeks of the summer camp, St. George Summer Camp 2024 confirms or rejects the child's participation in the summer camp in writing to the parent/guardian's email address within 2 (two) working days of payment. In case of rejection, the paid amounts will be refunded within 10 working days to the parent/guardian's bank account.
- In all cases, St. George Summer Camp 2024 reserves the right to refuse the provision of the service at its own discretion without providing reasons for doing so.
- On the first day of the child's participation in the camp, the parent/guardian presents a medical certificate regarding the child's health condition issued up to 3 (three) days before the camp start date, as well as a Declaration for Leaving the Camp's premises. Failure to present a medical certificate will result in the child not being admitted to the camp, and the paid amount for the week (or part of it) will not be refunded by St. George Summer Camp 2024.
- In all cases, St. George Summer Camp 2024 has the right to immediately refuse the admission of a child in the following cases:
1.There is no written confirmation from the camp director regarding the specified requested and/or paid weeks of the child's participation in the camp.
2.Failure to present a medical certificate within the specified deadlines.
3.Determined the impossibility of St. George Summer Camp 2024 to provide adequate medical service to the child.
4.Incomplete or false declaration of medical or other circumstances regarding the child by the parent/guardian. In this case, St. George Summer Camp 2024 does not refund the fee or any part of it.
5.Other cases, at the discretion of the camp director.
In the event of the child's absence from activities in the summer camp (regardless of the reason), the fee for those activities (or part of their value) is non-refundable, and St. George Summer Camp 2024 is not obligated to compensate or refund the unattended activities or their value in any way.
St. George Summer Camp 2024 reserves the right to refuse to enroll a child when reaching the maximum number of children in the camp for the respective week.
Required clothing and accessories during the camp:
- Small backpack with extra clothes for changing if needed (underwear, socks, t-shirt, trousers)
- Jacket or sweatshirt
- Sun hat
- Sunscreen
- Bottle of water
- Book for reading
Children without the required documents will not be admitted to the camp.
