Play a sport with the President of the Republic of Bulgaria

Today was a very special day for St. George International School and Preschool children. Тhey took part in the initiative “Play a sport with the President” and were invited to the Presidency of Bulgaria, for an official ceremony. They have achieved great results and are among the winners in the “Presidential test”, winning first place in 7 out of 24 competitive disciplines. The programme was made to promote the physical activity of Bulgarian children through extracurricular sports activities and alternative forms of physical education.

Our children Tamerlan M., Ivaylo Ch., Alexander D., Veronika K., Davina B., Ema D. and Martina K. took part in this amazing experience for which they received special plaques and certificates for participation at an official ceremony in the Coat of Arms Hall.

With an exceptional speech, our 9th grader Ivaylo Ch. expressed his gratitude to the President and thanked him for giving all the children in Bulgaria the opportunity to prove their brave dreams.
