COBIS Programme for Middle Leaders

📚St. George International School and Preschool is constantly engaged in the continuous improvement of the school by raising our team's qualifications and providing various opportunities for professional development. We are proud that our Head of Secondary, Ms Alexandra Petraru hosted the launch of the COBIS Programme for Middle Leaders (CPML) last week. The programme is a transformative training opportunity designed specifically for middle leaders, both teaching and non-teaching, to enhance their leadership skills and expertise within the context of international education.

🤝The programme covers crucial aspects of leadership, such as: Introduction to Leadership, Leading an International School, Leading Teaching and Learning, Leading People and Creating Effective Teams, Leading Change, Leadership Development and Communication and Action Research. The COBIS programme provides the opportunity to network with colleagues from various international schools, sharing experiences and best practices, and support from the CPML online community.
