Triumph in Barcelona

✈️🌍Our amazing St. George boys and girls football teams travelled to Barcelona this weekend for the World School Football Cup.⚽

🏃‍♂️⚽The boys went undefeated the entire tournament scoring an impressive twenty goals while only conceding one. Unfortunately, they came up short in the final match to a strong team from England. The boys had an outstanding tournament and are proudly bringing back a trophy for a superb second-place finish. 🏆

🏃‍♀️⚽The girls played their first official football tournament and impressed all their coaches and parents. Despite losing their first three games, they managed to pursue adversity by playing their best football yet, came away with three wins and became Bowl champions in their category. 🌟

🎉We are very proud of both teams, their hard work and effort! Congratulations to all the players and parents, as well as their coaches - Mr. Vladislav Valkov, Ms. Adriana Perduhov and Ms. Annabelle Bares. 👏
