Book Week and enchanting reading time

“A book is a gift you can open again and again.”

St. George Preschool had magnificent days as they opened the Book Week Festivities for the whole week. Many exciting books pertaining to different seasons, continents, cultures, languages and genres were involved in these magical moments.

Every single day our preschool teachers prepared different activities for the little book lovers. One of the first things they do was to bring their favourite fairy tale to the class and embrace the celebration with it.

The journey in the world of books continued with special hours today in which parents came to visit the preschool and read some incredible fairy tales and stories. Lots of fun, imagination, dynamism and magic accompanied the reading and left unforgettable memories in everyone!

We love to see children’s reading interests and to educate and develop in them a passion for books.
