Action Acro Gymnastics with Grade 1D
As autumn gets more chilly, we are further motivated to warm up and exercise in order to stay bright and healthy. In the span of the last seven weeks, our talented first-graders practiced basic gymnastics with elements from action acro gymnastics. Through their own combinations of static and dynamic movements, children demonstrated their theoretic and practical skills. The focus of this lesson was a steady figure and pointed feet. They had fun and put much effort into showcasing their progress, which is prominent and clearly inspirational. Because flexible gymnasts never get bent out of shape!
